40 years ago, Crystal Blanchard encouraged her husband, Greg, to step out in faith and begin his own cost estimating business. From pen and paper to high-performing computers, from paper plans to digital blueprints on flat-screen monitors, from a corded phone and pagers to an iPhone with unimaginable processing power, the two built their business from the ground up—advancing with technology every step of the way. Their goal has always been, and continues to be, to help people budget the costs of their construction dreams. Crystal continues this mission to this day, even after Greg’s passing.

With over 20 years of experience in operations and client services, Charyse Rose is a people-focused leader dedicated to building strong teams and driving efficiency. Her background spans benefits analysis, marketing, and RFP strategy, with a track record of streamlining processes and implementing scalable systems. Above all, she is passionate about empowering others—helping teams grow and guiding clients to “count the cost” and bring their vision to life.

Kit’s background includes work in corporate training, insurance, military publications, logistics, and coaching. After joining CES, Kit now wears multiple hats—human resources, marketing, and junior estimator-in-training. When Kit is not learning about curing concrete or plan specifications, Kit pursues a passion for the performing arts as a professional actor, actively seeking new roles on stage and screen.
